Florida SOP vs Internachi SOP vs FABI SOP

I am curious to what the differences in reporting for the 3 are? Is there a table anywhere that may state what the differences are?

Here in TN, since inspectors need to be licensed, we follow the state SOP, but for non-licensed states like nearby GA we follow the InterNACHI SOP.

In Florida you are required to follow the law… All the associations have modified their SOP’s to comply. Much of what was finally adopted into law originated at FABI, for better or worse FABI was the primary association who pushed hard for licensing. On the other hand, NACHI was the association which benefited the most from licensing, go figure.
