I have a question. As a member of InterNACHI, we have many huge benefits of membership that include support, compliance, access to training, homeowner and home buyer guarantees, buy back opportunities, and more. However, if I work for an “Inspection” company, other than y own, do my InterNACHI benefits cover me as well as the benefits of the company I am employed with? Overlapping coverage and guarantees?
The “other” company has their own training, insurance, 90-day guarantee, etc., but lack some of the other benefits afforded us by InterNACHI. As their W2 employee, what is the rub for me? Can I independently offer the benefits I have here as well?
