Shoe covers will slow that down, and help keep wet feet warm, but that’s about it. As lazerdab said, taping up vents on the soles stops a common entrance point, and quality socks can help as far as feeling comfortable goes.

Been using shoe gloves for ><10 years. Purchase them by the case. 300 units per box.
