here is a first!
The vapor barrier is attached to the top of the crawl space’s foundation concrete wall. The vapor barrier stretched across the crawlspace. As the home is built the vapor barrier is torn.
Also some of the vapor barrier is hanging out on the outside edge past the siding.

It shouldn’t be covering up those perimeter vents though

Good point. The vapor barrier was carefully cut for the perimeter.
