Hi there, originally a single family home but there are two separate meters installed, One with 100 amp main and one with a 60 amp main. Does this make it a multifamily residence for the four point? It is listed in the tax rolls as a SFR.
With two meters it could still be SFR. However, if they have clearly divided it into a “duplex” so to speak with separate entrances and kitchens…then it is no longer SFR. You probably want to call the insurance agent (if they referred it to you) and give them the “heads up” before they blindly send the inspection on to the underwriter
