We got it! We got a simple majority in The House, The Senate, and the POTUS. We sure deserved that after the last 4 years of total lunacy by the OBiden adminsitration.

How is the real estate market doing where you live? Are you staying busy heading into the year-end holiday season? East TN homes are selling and we have been busy. I’m on track for my strongest November ever.
What is your opinion on inspecting with clients present? Do you show them to follow you around or do you like to inspect alone and review later?
Do you think AI will change the way we inspect homes in the near future or is that just a fad?
I’d like to know your thoughts.

Unfortunately, politicians and politics are getting more nut-jobby by the day. “Normal” people don’t want to be politicians anymore, mostly due to the scrutiny of their life, every past mistake, every social media post, everything they do, etc. Only the far ends of the spectrum are willing to throw themselves and their family into that kind of turmoil, not to mention the potential for violence nowadays. And, this all applies to both parties.

Thomas, I concur. It is in bad taste for certain emphatical members to cast aspersions’ on what should be deemed as ‘the number one North American Certified Professional Inspector forum.’
Unfortunately the current commander and chief of USA imbedded in the highest profile pick’s from Fox News to be advisors, like Pete Hegseth, one of the hosts of Fox & Friends Weekend, plus Dan Bongino, who left in 2023 to focus on his podcast and now serves as deputy director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. To that, Sean Duffy as the current secretary of transportation and his wife Rachel Campos-Duffy, also a former co-host of Hegseth’s, that continues to host Fox & Friends Weekend.
It’s The Apprentice administration live. The whole world is watching.
Hang on and buckle your seat belt. More than 3 plus years left of this heavy conspiracy stuff to come & I doubt that will be the end of it.

Interesting, after a whole 5 minutes of reading the bizillion posts on this forum…
people that don’t correlate how important “politics” is to their everyday lives and the future of our nation and the world.
Funny (really sad) it’s always Operation Mockingbird mass psychosis propaganda afflicted loony libs (I’d bet dimes to $$ there is a baaaad case of TDS here too) that get triggered and immediately want to censor free speech for anyone that has a different view than themselves.
Go figure. 
You’re free to read posts that trigger your disappointment/hatred or read other posts (there are thousands of very useful threads here) that will most certainly help you
