Trec and “ART” is a contradiction as the reports are the most structured…Haha.
Structured … yes, but it does not in the least limit an inspector from entering proper information.
Inspector still has to exhibit some “art” in creating clear and understandable sentences, paragraphs and the like.
The structured layout is not any big deal. Kind of like a chapter heading and then the inspector does his "art’ to fill in the verbiage for that chapter.
Do we ‘love’ it ?? Not really, but it certainly isn’t as bad as some make it out to be. But then I’ve been dealing with it for 15+ years. There are many other things to get my knickers in a twist over.
