Rob Claus, Certified Master Inspector CMI®, led the first day of CCPIA’s Introduction to Commercial Property Inspections Class. During the business practices session, he taught students about the most important procedures for operating a commercial inspection business. Then, during the commercial roofing session, he reviewed the main types of commercial roofing systems, common defects, and roof safety.
