Front porch footing coming out, got milk?

Footing comes out because homeowners get water in basement right where the porch/footing… was. Cannot access the inside of the wall because there is an interior wall etc. Weds we’ll do the waterproofing along front wall and there will be either 1 or more cracks in wall OR 1+ leaky rod holes.

The poured basement walls are 8" thick… the small porch footings were 18" thick on sides and 24" thick along front hmmmm lolol

So under the porch were open deteriorated rod holes that allowed water in their basement

Further down the wall more open rod holes and a foundation crack https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ru1-6KxTFNM
