Is there any code that states that the furnace and hot water tank cant be located in a bathroom utility closet.


I did a townhome and this is the first time I have seen one located in a bathroom.

I've seen a lot of that kind of installation down here in SW Oh

and they've been approved by AHJ.

Sometimes I wonder about those guys...

but then, they always said they wondered about me, too!
