It appears the NAR is doing everything it can to limit it’s liability during the HUD related transaction and to ensure the sale goes through.
As with everything else, this can potentially lead to non-HUD real estate transactions having the same waivers required to buy a home.
There are many current and future home buyers who are not aware of the potential dangers of Radon and to a lesser degree (in regards to individuals affected), mold.
It bothers me that the one central player in a transaction can have so much control over the concerns of the public and the other players in the transaction.
