My experience with Dell Canada was not this bright. I called to enquire about small adaptor for my PDA. I was transfered at least dozen times from one department to another. Finally I got somebody who was able to search the part number for me after approximately 20-25 min on line. When I was ready to order, they got all my information, and then said that they don’t ship to Canada. BTW, I called Dell Canada phone number, got “Welcome to Dell Canada” greeting message, but then apparently was transfered to US.
