Community College, over the last 4 years I have taken many classes. Last year I took a house wiring class, 3 hr class every Thursday for 8 weeks. The cost was about $250.00 and well worth every penny.

The local community college here offers night classes on almost everything, wiring, plumbing, codes, web design, photo shop.....you name it. No classes on mold or water testing yet.

At 56 with a ton of years in the trades there is always something new to learn. Plus going to a class keeps me out of trouble at least one night a week.

Thomas,

Good post and good information. I agree with it entirely. Another source of good high quality training is Tech Centers that teach the building trade disciplines and like the CC courses they are already State approved and accredited. As for staying out of trouble, my wife took my liberty card away years ago.
