I observed the grade falling out underneath a concrete lintel in the crawl space. One side of opening was the grade underneath the back deck and the other side was next to the front garage (concrete slab).
I am planning on calling this issue out in the report as a grade issue that needs repairs to control the grade from eroding out underneath the concrete lintel. Has anyone else had this issue, would you call it out and why ? Thanks in advance
