Carbon monoxide detectors can be bought from one of our primary vendors who have offered us NACHI deals at www.toolexperts.com (10% off) or www.homeinspectorstore.com (10% off) or on ebay.
Ladders, I had a deal going with Little Giant Ladders for some amazing pricing on their ladders, and I had a total of 3 inquiries on it and ended up buying 2 ladders.
