have ANY questions at all!

I look forward to meeting and working with each and everyone of you and I am

LOL!

Wow! That is a referral fee. I hope he does not belong to any association as that would be a contravention of the code of ethics.

[size=1]I can not find where he is associated with and Association .
He was doing energy audits with Carson Dunlop .
I think any agent that excepts his offer has now become a party to all his Home Inspections
and could be responsible with hin for any errors … Roy

I am thinking about offering, in exchange for referrals from used house salesmen, to pay their bail. Surely that would be ethical, right?

His web site says he inspects all **9 **items of a home! Must be a very small house for only nine items in the entire construction- lol

You would think after 700 inspections he could stop kissing *****. These days at $6 a gallon that $40 needs to go in my gas tank:)

ooh, thats classy!

I don’t like to nit pick, lol, oops had to edit that line. But mountain out of a mole, poor mole. and it’s every one, not everyone.

Thanks… I missed that I guess he is like me a maladroit .

Too boot he works for one of the better known large inspection companies!!!

Hi Roy,

Out of shear curiosity, I looked at his Sample Inspection Report–

Being a Home Inspector myself, I had a hard time trying to follow what he has written in the Sample, that being said, I wonder how a client would make heads or tails of an inspection report like this.

If this is in fact a sample of his work, I would imagine a used house sales person with be thrilled to refer people to him. I don’t think he even needs to offer free gas to anyone.

Take a few pictures of some face covers missing and a clogged gutter and call it a “Report”

I think that may happen to a RE agent also when he recommends an HI…likely to be included in a suit for any errors…And you said no one has said that on these boards!!!

Typical Carson Dunlop inspector. They sure have some doozies.

I cant open site?

Looks like he has shut his web site down . here it is from Google Catched .
Try this … Roy

I found the site at this address http://analyzehomeinspections.com/ Carson dunlop reporting software Horizon…free gas can you say lahoozaher…sounds desperate not inovative to me IMO…let the customers decide!

He states “over 700 combined inspections/evaluations”. How many of those were energy evaluations?!

Roy - where did you run across this? Buddy needs to learn that you develop a business through top notch service and technical expertise, not by providing incentives to the RE agents.

Regarding problems opening the site. It’s stlll live!

It’s likely due to - some “FLASH” enabled sites can pose a problem to open on a computer. Depending on the software and blockers that are installed on the users side.

As others noted, I see this as an inducement to Realtors. Regarding the number of “inspections” - it can also call into question the difference between energy audits and home inspections. There is a significant difference.
