Can you cut in the ground and neutral line this? I’ve never seen this before.
Also what are your thoughts on this wire that’s been shoved through The knockout and using a hose clamp as a strain relief
I should clarify int he lower picture the black is the wire sheathing, and the sheathing is tight to the panel
I’m no electrician but the cable fed up through the bottom with no protection from the sharp edges would make my report.
