Yes Robert I would not recommend this for our area for sure as no maintenance design and leaving them over winter. That is a problem for sure.
I have the gutter brush in my gutters, I need to take them out every year to clean them. Debris clogs the brush over time and accumulates under the brush and clogs the downspouts.
They are warranted but you have to ship them back to the company.
I would not recommend them. They also contribute to ice dams.
