A client is asking if there are any typical issues with Hancock Homes. I have not kept track of which builder did each of the homes that I have inspected. I don’t know if I have done a Hancock home or not. Has anyone had a good or bad experience with them?
i don’t know that i would go there you will be exposing youself to uneeded liabilaty and or retribution from the builder. i would handle each home as a stand alone unit
Quality can vary from plat to plat from the same builder depending on trades used, super intendant focus/management skills, timeline for home completion etc. It would be foolish to give a blanket statement about a builder.
Good point Mark. I just told him I would ask around. I really don’t think it should matter to the client since the home is 10 years old.
