handling message board info

This NACHI Message Board is full of timely information, and it has been very helpful to my inspection business. It has so much useful info that it has been hard for me to figure out how to manage it. Kind of like herding cats. When I find something I can use, I copy-and-paste it into a Wordpad file. Then when I have time, I go through the file, using or deleting as needed. I’m wondering what other Message Board users do to manage or organize all the info? Any suggestions?

I do much as you do. I also print-out useful information


and have compiled a library of half-inch binders, one for each


separate subject. I read through them as time allows.
