During this one-day field training, you’ll gain hands-on experience inspecting a mixed-use building. This begins as the bread-and-butter inspection for most commercial property inspectors. After a few, it becomes second nature and a reliable revenue stream when you’re charging commercial-level fees.
You’ll complete the full inspection process, practicing each step of a professional workflow. We’ll start with a real-world scenario: the client call, the property research, setting a fee, and drafting a proposal that reflects the true value of your expertise. Then, you’ll get hands-on inspecting the property inside and out.
