I would like to take this moment to thank you for the privilege of working with you and serving you all this past year. Home inspectors have to know, do, and be so much. You are the greatest people in the world and the reason I look forward to next year.

My wish for you is that your New Year will be healthy, blessed and of course... prosperous. May you thoroughly enjoy 2004.

Have a very happy New Year holiday.

Drive safely.

Nick

Nick,

I want to Thank you (and Chris) for this fantastic website. I have become a true addict of the NACHI MB. This education addiction is hard to put down. This site is very informative and it comes equipped with a bunch of friendly guys & gals who know their trade.
I can't recall going more than two days without signing onto this MB, this past year. Very EDUCATIONAL.
I also want to Thank everyone here for making this board what it is. All your qualified input and continuous discussions on this board have turned this MB into an educational classroom.

May you all have a very HAPPY and PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR. I hope your business goals are accomplished next year.

I want to echo David’s sentiments. Even as a (thus far) non-member, I have learned an unbelievable amount from this site, and from the people who contribute to it. You are all fantastic, and I sincerely appreciate everything that NACHI is.

I hope you all have a healthy, safe, and prosperous New Year!

Nick, Chris, NACHI staff, and Fellow Members,

Happy New Year. Our organization, web site, and all other aspects of NACHI is one of the greatest finds for me and any home inspector.

Our members make it work and provide an enriching environment where members of our profession are appreciated and learn from the many "great minds" here in.

My sincerest thanks to one and all.

Here's to a great 2004.

Best regards,

HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone (sorry, not good with graphics, or too impatient to find them).

Be careful there are a bunch of idiots on the road tonight. Hope everyone has a safe and prosperous new year.

Nick, thanks for all that you do to continue to grow this outstanding organization.
