I expect 22 people today. The 18 lb turkey went in the oven at 8 AM. We are eating at 12:00 noon. 
There is plenty to be thankful for this year, including God’s provisions for this meal and an opportunity for the family to be together.

I’ve always used 15 minutes per pound @ 350* + 1/2 hour plus to rest for unstuffed.
You could try 500* for a shorter time. lol
