Has anyone worked with Goodman Dean, Inc. out of Cypress, California. They contacted us to do a home inspection. Their rep Nathan Hunter said that they have worked with other inspectors from InterNACHI. Thank you, Lynn ---

I had them contact me today. Nathan hunter more specifically. He’s asked me to fill out a W9 before I do the inspection. I’m kind of hesitant on this. ---

I did my first job for them about 2 months. Sent the W9 to them along with my contract. He signed the contract and job went fine. Received payment in about 10 days. Only problem was the curmudgeon next door ;( ---

Yes, did an inspection for them a couple of week ago just received a check in the mail. Easy to work with and paid as promised.
