Haunted House?

OK, in my state a seller is required to disclose if they believe a house is haunted. If the seller is at an inspection, and tells you its haunted, do you note it in your report, as it is a condition, kind of according to the real estate laws, that the buyer needs to be aware of.

How about if the had the house blessed and its no longer haunted?

All depends… May not be a defect if the ghost leaves money, does the laundry etc…:slight_smile:

I always mention in my reports if the home is “occupied”. :wink:
