We had a very wonderful time meeting up with Bert Hull, his wife and his mom today. We did a walk-through of the Haunted Mansion & gardens, played some games and took a small train ride in Kensington, PEI. Then we went to the Family & Friends Restaurant for a nice lunch and some great conversation throughout it all. In addition, we got some of his mom’s wonderful pecans! The biggest and best pecans we’ve ever had!

JR and his family were quite the hosts and made us feel so special today. He must be a great dad because his kids are the most polite and smart kids you ever met.
This was our first visit to PEI so JR gave us a list of Lighthouses to visit. Hiking and jogging around the seashore was a real treat.
