Gov. Crist signed HB 713, the DBPR glitch bill by Rep. Workman.
The legislation cleaned up the Home Inspector Licensing statute but also contained language allowing a licensed GC who is ALSO licensed as a Home Inspector to perform both the inspection and repairs.
HB 663 by Rep. Aubuchon is still awaiting approval and the deadline is June 1.
