Update:
I just spoke with the customer and he said he compiled a list of items he wanted fixed and submitted them with his new offer.
He is asking for a new heat pump system to be installed.
Personally I’m pleased that he didn’t let his desire to own this property dominate the major problems associated with this particular property. (people are appearance buyers)
A reality check - a new heat pump installation was quoted between $7000 to $8000.
