Help in email change

My email has changed due to Fairpoint buying out Verizon and when I go under edit details in the control panel, the only thing I can change is the password. But it does say email and password.

How do you change the email address?

A bit off topic, but from a Verizon rep I spoke to, once they have bought out all the other telcos they acquired, they are selling off the smaller less profitable segments.

My CATV/ISP was recently bought out by Armstrong Cable. It took awhile before the switch over was fully complete. It sounds like you are stuck in a similar limbo until Fairpoint fully controls your internet service.

I would try calling customer service, if you can.
