I have obtained my training through Professional Career Development Institute school of Home Inspection. Passed the Washington State Pest exam and obtained my Structural Pest Inspector license. Have gone on 10 ride alongs with an excellent inspector. Forked out the down payment on E&O insurance with the monthly premium coming up. Have all the necessary tools and gadgets for the job. …I’m about ready to go solo and am very nervous. Go break some eggs. We all had a first paid inspection once icon_biggrin.gif Just be careful, take your time, and be honest with your buyer if you find something you’re unsure of.

I can’t remember who posted it but this is what I read once.


Something like this anyway:
