Help on Ethics Test

Taking the Ethics test and it ask when do you not have to use the standard report form, I thought it was mandatory we use the standard form in Texas? Any help would be appreciated.

Perhaps you should be asking inspectors that know the Texas Laws (ie. in the Texas section) so you get factual replies. InterNachi will always be secondary to your state laws!
