Could anyone tell me a good site to go to to learn how to operate a multi meter? Basic info, I am a beginner… Pretend I do not know anything about a multi meter or a clamp meter, since I don’t.

Please do not go to a website.

Find a qualified electrician, I mean one that is not caviler about electricity, to show you. Hands on is the safest way.

Radio Shack used to sell a book called “Using Your Multimeter” (or close to that) it covered analogs along with digitals.

They probably still sell the book it was under $10 and I thought it was good.

They explain how the meters work, what they can and can't do and how to use them.
