Been a long time since I posted here! How’s everyone doing?
This Summer has been my busiest in 6 years…still not where I want to be, but better than expected. Mostly due to the stimulus for 1st time buyers…I’m sure it will wane in November when it’s all over…many of my competitors have gone on to other things which has helped also…I’m still sticking in there…One of these days it will be the business I’d hoped for!
