Hip Replacement and Second Story Inspection

Just had a Hip Replacement done few month ago and Im now hesitating going on 2 story roofs. Is there another way to inspect these 2 story roofs. Comments are helpful.

Drone. telescoping camera, or a helper is a start.

Or you could just abide by the INachi SOP:

I. The inspector shall inspect from ground level or the eaves:

the roof-covering materials;
the gutters;
the downspouts;
the vents, flashing, skylights, chimney, and other roof penetrations; and
the general structure of the roof from the readily accessible panels, doors or stairs.
II. The inspector shall describe:

the type of roof-covering materials.
III. The inspector shall report as in need of correction:

observed indications of active roof leaks.
IV. The inspector is not required to:

walk on any roof surface.

I used a 20 power scope on a try pod worked great for us .

Make sure it is a 4 foot stand .

After checking out your website, why don’t you have your other pair of eyeballs up there inspecting the roof instead?

Ladder to short only used a 17 ft. . little giant

I also had a full hip replacement, March of this year, haven’t had any issues. Never felt better actually. Are you worried about climbing ladder due to surgery, what has your surgeon said regarding this? I have no physical restrictions with my surgery.

But if I couldn’t use ladder anymore I’d likely go to a pole with wifi camera mount. Have seen some DIY versions that guys have built posted on here for reasonable money that appear to work pretty well.

6 week wait but worth it: http://www.inspectoroutlet.com/spectoscope.aspx

Yes, I also have no Physical Restrictions. I guess Im still a bit uncomfortable with these two stories. Ill get over it.
Thanks
