I’m going to launch my home inspection business, and I’m looking to bring on one person initially here in Kansas City. It has to be the right fit for us both, but I will invest in the right individual. If you’re already a one-person show, and don’t enjoy the business or networking side then we could be a great fit! Training provided to the right individual, but ideally they’d be a part of InterNACHI and have some level of experience. I have a large network of realtors and others that want to give me their business from the start, and I’m just missing that person. You set your pace, and we provide incentives if you do more with end of year bonuses because we want to be a great company to work for with benefits.
