Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Home Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction and quality control. As a Home Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, providing detailed reports, and ensuring that homes meet safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive inspections of residential properties, including structural components, systems, and safety features.

Evaluate installation practices to ensure that they align with manufacture instructions.

Collect data on property conditions and provide detailed reports highlighting findings.

Communicate clearly with clients any issues identified during inspections.

Utilize analysis skills to identify potential problems or areas of concern within the property.

Maintain accurate records of inspections and communicate findings effectively to clients.
