Summit to Sound Inspection Services, Inc. is hiring a licensed home inspector to join our growing team. We prefer at least one year of experience, but will train an individual that has exited an accredited Home Inspection Program and is working on obtaining their Washington State Home Inspector License. Our goal is to train a candidate to our company standards, while adhering to all national and Washington state rules and regulations. Summit to Sound Inspection Services, has been in business in Washington state for two years, and Loren Chewning has been performing home inspections for over 15 years, with 20 years total experience. He is a Certified Master Inspector, ASHI Certified, InterNACHI Certified, HUD/FHA Compliance Inspector, HUD 203k Consultant, and hold other various certifications in the industry.

Job Requirements:
*Strong customer service skills and extreme level of professionalism when representing the company, and working with clients, brokers and other team members
*High level of attention to detail
*Punctuality and on-time performance for appointments and meetings
*Business Focused with the desire to market and grow company
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Maintain a positive and courteous demeanor with a “will-do” attitude
*Ability to multi-task, maintain emails, texts, paperwork, company records, etc.
*Ability to work unsupervised and report in as trained
*Provide Washington state driver’s license/insurance and driving record, and have reliable transportation
*Physically capable for performing all inspector duties and functions
*Must pass all background checks and company screening
*Must be willing to traveling in/around King County and neighboring counties
*Working knowledge of HomeGauge Software is a plus
*Computer experience to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Calendar
