We prefer at least one year of experience, but will train an individual that has exited an accredited Home Inspection Program and is working on obtaining their Washington State Home Inspector License. He is a Certified Master Inspector, ASHI Certified, InterNACHI Certified, HUD/FHA Compliance Inspector, HUD 203k Consultant, and hold other various certifications in the industry.

*Must pass all background checks and company screening
*Must be willing to traveling in/around King County and neighboring counties
*Working knowledge of HomeGauge Software is a plus
*Computer experience to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Calendar
