- Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist include taking inbound calls and making outbound calls, scheduling appointments, database upkeep and management, and supporting our marketing team.
- Pretty darn good at communicating information effectively both verbally and written.
- Someone who can get things done independently but will also help a team member in need without hesitating.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks without feeling overwhelmed.
- Available Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm (your schedule will fall between that range).
- Quite familiar with programs like Microsoft Office
- Not intimidated by the thought of learning how to use new programs (we use quite a few).
- A person who understands the professionalism of an office and isn’t afraid to contribute towards it being a fun environment.
- Willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening (these are required).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Our office is kept clean and we provide our employees with proper masks, gloves, cleaner and hand sanitizer.
