A family-owned, Boynton Beach - based home inspection firm that is looking for a full-time customer service specialist to join our growing team.

  • Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist include taking inbound calls and making outbound calls, scheduling appointments, database upkeep and management, and supporting our marketing team.

You are…

  • Pretty darn good at communicating information effectively both verbally and written.
  • Someone who can get things done independently but will also help a team member in need without hesitating.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks without feeling overwhelmed.
  • Available Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm (your schedule will fall between that range).
  • Quite familiar with programs like Microsoft Office
  • Not intimidated by the thought of learning how to use new programs (we use quite a few).
  • A person who understands the professionalism of an office and isn’t afraid to contribute towards it being a fun environment.
  • Willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening (these are required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
