Home inspection sample report......

Can’t remember the exact $ figure here but this exterior waterproofing job we did for approx $3,200, had to saw-cut quite a bit of the driveway, 6’ deep by approx. 30’ long… one day job, hand dug as usual.
Buyer sued seller.

All gravel backfill as usual.

Concrete UNDER concrete… make that, concrete under NEW DRIVEWAY, idiots.

Nobody bothered to correctly identify/determine the actual, existing problems, defects which were… EXTERIOR cracks in block basement wall. Morons as usual.

So seller pays $6,000+ for new driveway because some stinky terd told them the basement leaked due to improper slope of the older driveway slabs!!
Incompetent bullshtt as usual.
Some might even say the new driveway was a ‘specially designed’ system/means to ummmm, keep water away from the house. looooooooooooooooooooooooooool

Here’s another inside system company. Hmmmm, are homeowners better off talking to, getting estimates from, hiring, guys like him?
Am sure he’d do INJECTIONS fer ya’s!!!
Home improvement felony charges

Looks like he dkkked around in 2 states.

Interior basement systems cost a lot more than some think…
first link, homeowner paid $17,000
Next homeowner paid $13,000, years ago… posted video here earlier where homeowner told ya Everdry wanted/gave 2 est’s, one for $16,000 and other for $27,000
Yet some HI’s keep saying exterior waterproofing is sooo costly versus interior, nonsense!

Everdry… Unfair sales practices? (Dang skippy baby!)
