Yes it is.

Though this was written almost 13 years ago several things still hold true today.

Of course IMO number one is “broker friendly” and “buyer friendly” inspectors.

I know many that market directly to agents (not so much to the buyer) and rely on their referrals for the majority of their income will disagree. But both types of inspectors are very present in my area, as well as I’m sure they are in others.

And don’t forget the implication being instilled on everyone with the two:

The first = “successful” and the latter = mediocre and/or less-than-“successful.”
