We have “Yellow Book”. It’s a small telephone book broken up in towns or areas around here. Could be maybe six towns per book. It’s very handy. The reverse book is broken down by the street address. Giving you homeowners name and telephone number. If they in your area, try them.
example:
Lake Ave. St. James
23 John Smith 269-8543
24 Tom Jones 649-2369

Actually I'm targeting a neighborhood that we want to live in with 'letters of interest' on our part to buy their home should they decide to sell. All I have to do now is figure out where to get the money.
