Just want to let everyone know how this company handles the customers
Last night i went to update to the new version , Well it did not happen , Couple tries still not going to happen. I left a message on the message board for homeguage . Presto I got a call from Tom this am they fixed the issue and made sure everything is ok. If other companies looked after customers as well as they did we have a lot less problems today . Long and short is I stand behind Homegauge software 100 %. . I quess we all could learn to give better support.

Tommy was “Johnny on the spot” with me yesterday as well. he even called me back to confirm something. Good customer service as far as I can see.

I have been using Home Gauge now for seven years. Could not be more happy with this company. 110% in my book.
