Not quite cupcake, why didn’t you bring up exterior waterproofing of f-wall to homeowner? Yeah, we know why. Bet exterior waterproofing of that short wall and 1-2’ around corner costs quite a bit less than the nonsense they installed… how about that plastic–sheeting on inside wall? hahaaa
