House foundation with visible end joists, rim joist not installed

The two stories house is located in Manassas VA. It have a “floating wood foundation” with visible end joists and the rim joists are not installed. Please let me know what recommendation should you suggest.

Never seen it in person. There is a post about this on the board. From what I remember the only thing that can be done now is keep the ends protected by paint or similar and keep water away. I’ll try to find the post in a bit.

Hi Simon,
