The basement rendition that we came up with is amazing. I released a trial to a group to see what they thought and it got some great feedback. Their next camera is supposed to be awesome. $4,500 is a great deal for it if you ask me
I can’t wait until you guys officially release it. I am really looking forward to it. NACHI Rocks
Man, this sounds awesome. Can’t wait !!!
Very cool. I look forward to seeing this come together.
Very Nice!
Onward and Nachi continuing UPWARD
Sounds really cool, hope to see it someday!
There should be a competition as to the inspector that can find the most defects put his or her name on a plaque and see who can topple him or her;-) I hope there are real defects and not a bunch of sissy defects:p
Nick, will you let Charlie walk on that new roof? (Hint)
This is the first step in the owner of a multi-inspector firm being able to attend multiple inspections at the same time by outfitting his assistant inspectors with technology that allows the owner to accompany his assistant inspectors on their inspections virtually, from a central location.

Absolutely stunning job Nick. You did a great job on such a fascinating educational tool for professional Home Inspectors.
I may even fly out there to test this out.
Excellent. I look forward to the future addition of a wax Realtor™, and can suggest a number of defects to include.
We developed 360 degree, virtual online training so that everyone can experience the training from the comfort of their own homes: https://www.nachi.org/360.htm
Very cool.
Wow…very nice.
CBS TV just did an interview with me and took a tour of InterNACHI University and the House of Horrors.
Nice work!! can I have your autograph!!
I did not read all the posts but will there be a virtual tour of the house of horrors to use on inspectors web sites. I am using the ASHI virtual tour one now and would like to use the house of horrors if and when available.
Is there going to be a guest room for visitors??
Nick,
You still never cease to amaze me.
Great job Sir.
