… doing anything OTHER than exterior waterproofing would have been total incompetence but that’s what an increasing number of nitwits do on this subject, other crap such as many recommended installing an interior drainage system and sump pump… how would THAT have stopped further water from entering the exterior cracks and stop further deterioration? NEVER happen, you need to be sued, repeatedly, that might wake your incompetent azz up
