The picture says a lot, but not all. Enough to make one wonder about just how bad the hidden items are? A lot of wires and who knows what hiding under that insulation.


How many defects? Enough to keep a qualified, knowledgeable sparky busy for a day or two.

The visible red conductors might be low voltage. I doubt any or the rest of it is…, unless, of course, you count anything under 600V to be low voltage.
