Does anyone know what the average amount of inspections you should receive per day?

That is a wide open question. There are so many factors that come into play. For instance are you full-time or part-time? Are you new, one year in, 10 years in? Are you good at what you do or poor at what you do? Are you good at marketing or poor at marketing? Do you live in a big city, small city or out in the country? What is the competition like in your area?
Answer these questions and do more research then let us know what you think the average number of inspections will be that you will get.

You should never expect to just receive inspections.
Inspections are earned through marketing, referrals and by doing a good job.
If you set your goals too high, you’ll set yourself up for disappointment.
If you set your goals too low, you’ll set yourself up for financial failure.
All you need to do is figure out what your goal should be, then overachieve it by just a little.
Once you are consistently overachieving, then reset the goal in small increments. As the goals get met, and reset, your confidence increases, your skill level increases, and the goal is always within your grasp 
We do 5-7 per day.
As stated, you don’t receive anything. You work for it. There are not freebies in this business. Next question: how many can you handle and what is your pricing structure. I used to have to do to inspections to equal what I am now charging for one. Sounds to me like you do not have a business plan. Do you even know what it costs you per inspection to run your business.
