How many of you are/were "minimalist" inspectors?

Especially starting out, how small was your setup? (Tools, equipment, ladder, drone, camera pole, etc.)

tools don’t make the inspector
competency in the standards, not just nachi or state but general construction, materials, codes & practices & beyond & the ability to communicate at a level of your audience’ understanding are what it takes to become a maximalist

After getting through all the training, and after spending many hours reading forums and other’s posts and comments, you should have a basic understanding of what you will need. Buy the best quality you can afford.

On my person, I carry a screw/nut driver, a flashlight, a camera, outlet tester, moisture meter, IR camera, flashlight, probe, voltage sniffer and a small magnet. My truck has ladders and all kinds of fun stuff.
